Fennel (Sweet) Essential Oil

Toning and Cleansing The sweet, slightly earthy, peppery and spicy odour of Fennel essential oil is evocative of licorice. It is known for its refreshing and stimulating action on the digestive and respiratory systems when used in massage oils or when given as a direct inhalation or used in a diffuser or vaporiser.

Some authorities recommend that Fennel oil should not be used during pregnancy or for infants and young children.
