Tangerine essential oil is a beautiful, fresh, sweet citrus oil that promotes tranquillity and a sense of well-being. It is gentle enough for children and calms them to sleep. Include in blends intended to help bring about rest and combat insomnia. Tangerine also acts as a diuretic, tones oily skin and is antiseptic.

It blends beautifully with other citrus, spice and floral essential oils and may be used in massage oils, creams, baths, direct inhalation, diffuser or vaporiser.
